King Charles seemingly made a big sacrifice for his wife, Queen Camilla, in order to ease her tensions.





 The monarch, who has been championing environmental causes in every position, decided to skip a key calendar event dedicated to climate change after receiving a strict warning.




 Charles will not be attending the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP, after making a powerful speech at last year’s conference in Dubai. Palace officials told the press that the King’s presence will not be at COP29 this year because he will have “recently” got back to the U.K. after his trip to Australia and Samoa. The monarch is undergoing cancer treatment, which will be paused for 11 days for the state visits.



 Considering his health, it was advised against to attend the climate conference. This decision has greatly pleased Camilla, who has been concerned about Charles overworking himself.
