Queen Camilla takes time away from royal duties to spend time with her grandchildren
Queen Camilla appeared cheerful as she enjoyed a relaxed lunch in the picturesque village of Ballater, Scotland, accompanied by her family.
The 77-year-old was seen smiling broadly as she waved goodbye to her children, Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Lopes, along with several of her grandchildren, before stepping into her waiting car.
Dressed casually for the occasion, Camilla opted for jeans, a shirt, a jumper, a green quilted jacket, and loafers. Ballater, located near Balmoral Castle, was the perfect setting for this family outing, as the King arrived at the castle to begin his summer residence.
The photos from the outing highlight the close relationship Camilla shares with her two children from her first marriage to Andrew Parker Bowles, and her grandchildren, who affectionately call her "Gaga."
In a 2022 interview, Camilla mentioned how her grandchildren keep her updated on modern trends like Instagram and TikTok, and how they stayed connected during lockdown via the House Party app.
